गुलाब चूर्ण (Gulab Churna) - Rose Powder
लाभः * यह विटामिन ‘ए’ व ‘सी’ तथा कैल्शियम, आयरन, मैंगनीज आदि पोषक तत्त्वों स भरपूर है ।
* इससे नियमित मंजन करने से दाँत एवं मसूड़े मजबूत होते हैं । यह मुँह की दुर्गंध, दाँतों का हिलना, दाँतों का दर्द, मसूड़ों से खून आना, मसूड़ों की सूजन आदि दंत-रोगों में लाभदायी है ।
* इसके सेवन से यकृत (liver), आमाशय एवं हृदय को बल मिलता है । बढ़ती उम्र के कारण त्वचा पर आनेवाली झुर्रियाँ कम होकर त्वचा में निखार आता है ।
* जोडों के दर्द एवं सूजन, मधुमेह (diabetes), हृदयरोग, आमाशय व्रण (peptic ulcer), दस्त, रक्तस्राव आदि रोगों में लाभदायी है ।
* अधिक पसीना व शरीर से दुर्गंध आने पर इसके चूर्ण से मलकर स्नान करें ।

सेवन मात्रा एवं विधिः 1 से 3 ग्राम चूर्ण गर्म पानी के साथ लें अथवा पानी में 1-2 घंटें भिगोकर फिर उबाल के लें । दिन में दो बार भी ले सकते हैं ।
